Welcome to Mysa.
These Terms of Service govern your use of www.mysa.co.uk and your relationship with Mysa Group Limited ("Mysa", "we", "our", or "us"). Please review these terms carefully before placing an order. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Mysa reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms prior to placing future orders.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Buyer" – Any person or business purchasing or agreeing to purchase products from Mysa.
1.2 "Seller" – Refers to Mysa Group Limited.
1.3 "Contract" – Any agreement between the Buyer and Mysa for the purchase of products.
1.4 "Product(s)" – Any item(s) listed for sale by Mysa.
1.5 "Tailored" – Products that are custom-made or non-standard, including bespoke bed or headboard sizes.
1.6 "Address" – Mysa Group Limited, Annex 1, Technology Drive, Batley, WF16 6ER.
2. Application of Conditions
2.1 These terms apply to all purchases unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2.2 An order placed by the Buyer constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon confirmation or dispatch by Mysa.
2.3 If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and issue a refund within 30 days.
2.4 Errors or inaccuracies on the website or in marketing materials are subject to correction.
3. Basis of Sale
3.1 By placing an order, you accept these terms. Submission of an order via the website constitutes an offer to purchase.
3.2 Only the products listed in your order confirmation are included in the sale. Props or accessories in photos (e.g., lamps, throws) are not included unless explicitly stated.
3.3 Complimentary items, such as a 24" headboard included with certain beds, are free gifts and not considered part of the contract.
3.4 Mysa is not liable for pricing, typographical, or other evident errors.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices are confirmed in your order. If there are changes due to increased costs (e.g., raw materials, taxes, exchange rates), we will notify you. You may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving such notice.
4.2 Full payment is required before delivery.
4.3 If payment is overdue, daily interest will be charged at 2% above HSBC’s base rate until paid.
4.4 In the event of a pricing error, Mysa may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Klarna Payments
To offer Klarna payment options, we may share personal information (e.g., contact and order details) with Klarna to assess eligibility. Data is handled in accordance with Klarna’s Privacy Policy.
5. Product Descriptions
5.1 Product descriptions are accurate at the time of listing.
5.2 Mysa reserves the right to enhance or modify product specifications without notice, provided quality remains unaffected.
6. Warranties & Liabilities
6.1 All products include a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Please note:
- A 5-year warranty applies only to purchases made on or after 12th September 2023.
- A 3-year warranty applies to purchases between 13th March 2022 and 11th September 2023.
- A 1-year warranty applies to purchases made prior to 13th March 2022.
6.2 For any defects, please contact us within a reasonable time. We may request an inspection or third-party evaluation.
6.3 The warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage due to incorrect storage or use.
6.4 If a product is confirmed defective, we will repair or replace it within 30 days of inspection, at no charge.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery charges shown at checkout are accurate at time of purchase.
7.2 Delivery is available to mainland UK only. Offshore locations (e.g., Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands) are excluded.
7.3 Certain postcode areas are not eligible for next-day delivery.
7.4 Delivery is to the address specified at checkout unless agreed otherwise. Once delivered, our responsibility ends.
7.5 Estimated delivery times are provided at the point of order and are subject to availability.
7.6 Multiple items are usually delivered together unless stated otherwise.
7.7 If no one is available at the scheduled delivery time, a £75 failed delivery fee will apply.
7.8 If the product becomes unavailable, your order will be cancelled and refunded within 30 days.
7.9 Early delivery may occur with prior notice.
7.10 Couriers deliver to the front door only.
7.11 All deliveries require a signature.
7.12 For assembly/removal services:
If delivery fails due to access issues, a £75 fee applies and the assembly fee is non-refundable.
Beds to be removed must be dismantled in advance.
7.13 For business addresses, acceptance by any onsite person is valid.
7.14 Standard delivery takes 5–10 working days for in-stock items.
7.15 Next-day delivery is to your front door only and handled by one person.
7.16 For special delivery needs, please contact us before ordering.
7.17 Customers must clear the space for delivery and arrange for the disposal of old furniture.
7.18 Standard delivery is to the doorstep or ground floor lobby.
7.19 Assembly teams can only carry items up two flights of stairs without lift access.
7.20 Assembly is only available if booked.
7.21 Drivers cannot remove footwear during delivery; use protective floor coverings.
7.22 Inspect packaging on delivery. Sign as “Damaged” or “Unchecked” if appropriate.
8. Acceptance of Goods
8.1 Please inspect goods upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery form.
8.2 Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours.
8.3 Reports after 48 hours may not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
9. Risk and Title
9.1 Ownership remains with Mysa until full payment is received.
9.2 Mysa retains the right to pursue payment even if ownership hasn’t transferred.
9.3 You may not use or resell goods until full ownership passes.
10. Insolvency and Termination
10.1 Mysa may cancel the contract or withhold delivery if the Buyer enters insolvency, liquidation, bankruptcy, or ceases trading.
10.2 In such cases, Mysa can demand full payment of any outstanding balances.
11. General
11.1 Neither party is liable for delays due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., strikes, war, fire, machinery breakdown).
11.2 If these events last over 30 days, the Buyer may cancel the contract with written notice.
11.3 All notices must be in writing and sent to the addresses provided.
11.4 Delay in enforcing any contract term does not waive rights.
12. Cancellations and Returns
12.1 Mysa offers a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. Excludes tailored/custom products, which are non-refundable unless faulty.

12.3 A £75 collection fee applies to all returns (unless self-arranged).
12.4 Items must be in resalable condition. Damaged items may be refunded at a reduced rate (up to 75% deduction).
12.5 If you discard original packaging during assembly, you must repackage items yourself for returns.
12.6 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days.
12.7 A failed delivery due to access restrictions incurs a £75 fee.
12.8 Cancellations prior to delivery are fully refundable. After confirmation, cancellation within 24 hours is free; otherwise, a £75 fee applies.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Mysa does not exclude liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
15. Data Protection
15.1 We take reasonable steps to secure your data. We are not liable for unauthorized access unless due to our negligence.
15.2 No credit card information is stored on our website.
